EXERCISE: what's in it for u?

  (  It is better for your circulation if you exercise in a cold at mosphere rather than a warm room.  In this way, you maximize the exercise's impact on your cardiovascular system.
   
+  Don't exercise just before going to bed or you may have trouble falling asleep.  Your body needs several hours to cool down after workout.

The General Truth

Some things just make life a little easier.  And it's good to know that some of these are found in our kitchens or near our surroundings.  Even the right attitude or state of mind can alleviate us from anxiety and problems.

  • To avoid or alleviate backaches, sleep in a fetal position with your head supported by a pillow.

  • Don't worry if you yawn a lot.  Yawning is the body's natural way of increasing alertness.

  • If you have a wart, avoid touching it, as this is how it will spread even further.

  • Use your anger constructively.  Dont just suppress it -- you'll end up feeling depressed or tense.

  • Run ur tap H2O a min or so in the AM to flush out contaminated water.

  • It's best not to cuticles; they protect fingernail beds from bacteria & infxn.

  • Tea fights bacteria, so substitute it for coffee on occasion.
